The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing, motivating, and training a team of 20+ agents and leading them to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities of the Sales Manager
  • Mentor team agents to increase agent conversion rates and increase team sales
  • Run bi-monthly reviews with team agents and bi-weekly team meetings
  • Attend monthly manager meetings
  • Design and run training programs
  • Facilitate and participate in regularly scheduled motivational and prospecting sessions at office
  • Create excellent culture among team members
  • Handle team member concerns and issues
  • Deliver constructive criticism or discipline to agents as necessary.
  • Work under pressure, meeting sales goals, training new agents, organizing agents, organizing projects and schedules on an ongoing basis
  • Promote a positive attitude and atmosphere, instilling "Teamwork" and personal growth throughout the team
  • Address and resolve customer issues, applying fast and exemplary judgment in the utmost professional manner, advising management of unresolved issues and/or complaints
  • Business development, PR and team marketing.
  • Coordinate with Success Manager for any classes needed
  • Promote Pacific Law and lender partners
  • Provide a safe, encouraging and positive environment for the agents
  • Be available and approachable for agents at all times
  • Develop and maintain a good working relationship with management and agents
  • Consistently provide and instill outstanding customer service skills in agents
  • Be observant and aware of office, customer and agent issues


  • Valid Georgia Real Estate License
  • Min 2 – 5 years Real Estate Sales experience
  • Managerial experience preferred
  • Ability to work well in fast paced environment
  • Positive Attitude
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
