JWilliams has won multiple awards for Best Places to Work, and we continue to put a focus on a positive company culture.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h5><strong>Key Role of the Recruitment Assistant:</strong></h5> <p>Are you an administrative professional looking to transition to a recruitment department in order to advance your career with a company that appreciates you, encourages your growth, and empowers their employees to succeed?</p> <p>The Recruitment Assistant will be trained and provided with the tools and software needed to assist the Recruitment Department from our corporate office in Irvine, CA to screen, interview, hire and orient temporary employees for the Multi-Family and New Homes division for specified area(s) in various states.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h5><strong>Skills you will Acquire:</strong></h5> <ul> <li>Source, sort, review, and screen candidates from various online platforms to support recruitment efforts; tools and scripts provided for guidance - potential to learn, grow, and take on more recruiting-related tasks if desired</li> <li>Candidate screening will be through video or person, aligning with Equal Employment Opportunities and our Company&rsquo;s guidelines</li> <li>Provide orientation and training as needed on company safety and operations policies to newly hired employees in individual or group settings</li> <li>Reach out via phone call, text, and email to temporary employees for various needs, such as confirming availability to work</li> <li>Demonstrate innovation in thinking about possibilities while making decisions and problem solving</li> <li>Actively participate in all team meetings; sharing ideas and concepts with other team members and management</li> <li>Ability to submit all new hire paperwork and maintain employee&rsquo;s files in Applicant Tracking System</li> <li>Assist in identifying business opportunities by searching client career pages on the internet for listed openings and aggregating a list for targeting purposes.</li> <li>Assist with administrative tasks as directed and required from the Recruitment Manager, including calling, texting, emailing, and following up on Recruitment Department&rsquo;s behalf</li> <li>Coordinating tasks as needed with corporate onboarding and scheduling staff</li> <li>Perform various clerical duties as needed</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <h5><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h5> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required</li> <li>Ideally 1-2+ years&rsquo; experience in an Administrative role; experience with recruiting, staffing a plus, call center experience a plus</li> <li>Computer-savvy a MUST; additional experience with Outlook, Excel, data entry, and ATS or CRM software a plus</li> <li>Customer service experience in moderate to-high calll volume setting&nbsp;&ndash; phone and e-mail etiquette</li> <li>Superb attention to detail, time management, critical thinking, decision-making, and organizational skills</li> <li>Self-starter, ability to multitask and prioritize</li> <li>Embraces working in a team environment and carries excellent interpersonal skills</li> <li>Spanish Bilingual a plus</li> </ul> <p>There is a $1.50 increase after a successful 90 days of employment.</p> <h5><strong><em>Submit your resume today to join the JWilliams Staffing team!</em></strong></h5> <p>-------------------------------------------------------</p> <p><em>JWilliams Staffing, Inc. Key Role of the Recruitment Assistant:
