Purpose of the Jr. Scheduling Coordinator

The Jr. Scheduling Coordinator plays an integral role in client satisfaction, receiving client orders for temporary staffing via phone and email, contacting candidates to fill orders for staff assistance, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process temporary staffing requests (take client’s orders, enter orders into CRM software, fill orders utilizing our database of active candidates, & send order confirmations).
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates to understand their preferences and tailor job assignments accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, identifying opportunities for upselling.
  • Keep up with incoming calls in a busy call center.
  • General administrative and office assistance.
  • Accurately input order and client information into CRM (Avionte).
  • Follow up with clients regularly.
  • Back up scheduling team members as needed.
  • Customer service experience is absolutely required. (Experience in fast-paced environments such as Barista, Medical Scheduling, Dispatchers, Call Centers, Brand Ambassadors, etc. highly preferred)
  • Sales experienced preferred.
  • Strong computer skills a must; experience with CRM or Avionte a plus.
  • Weekend Availability required.
  • Familiarity with residential real estate/the apartment industry a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately & independently with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to go the extra mile to engage and provide an excellent client experience.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and stay organized.
  • Ability to adapt and “go with the flow” enthusiastically.
