<p>Apartment Day Porters (Janitors/Groundskeepers) are responsible for maintaining the curb appeal of the assigned apartment property. This involves cleaning exterior and common areas of large apartment complexes, leasing offices, and vacant rent-ready units within.</p>

<h5>Job Duties:</h5>
<ul>
<li>Cleaning apartment property grounds including models, offices, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and other public areas such as the mailroom or pool area</li>
<li>Power washing, vacuuming, & window washing</li>
<li>Trash removal from receptacles and vacated apartments</li>
<li>Touch up painting</li>
<li>Some light maintenance tasks</li>
</ul>
<h5>Requirements:</h5>
<ul>
<li>Must have experience with professional cleaning in a role such as porter, groundskeeper, janitor, custodian, or housekeeper; apartment or residential setting preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge and demonstrated skills in handling cleaning and cleaning products.</li>
<li>Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.</li>
</ul>
<h5>Physical Requirements:</h5>
<ul>
<li>Ability to safely move in and out of a variety of positions including: sitting, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and overhead reaching</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li>
<li>Capable of performing repetitive movements</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to ascend/descend stairs</li>
