With more than 25-years of experience in managing, consulting and recruitment, and as a managing director for other staffing firms, JoAnne Williams was inspired and motivated by her clients, colleagues, and family to open her own staffing business.  In January 2004, JoAnne was encouraged to place her reputation and her name on the door.   As a result, JoAnne Williams, Founder and CEO of JWilliams Staffing, owns the largest real estate staffing firm in the nation with corporate headquarters in Irvine, California; servicing over 24 major regions throughout California, Nevada, Arizona, Texas and Florida with franchises in Colorado, North Carolina and Georgia. JWilliams Staffing places more candidates in full-time positions than all other real estate staffing companies combined.

JoAnne Williams is a veteran of the home building, staffing and recruitment industries.  Including 10 years as Vice President for a publicly traded homebuilder. Her contributions are many and include: Past President and member of the Sales & Marketing Councils, instructor for segments of the National Association of Home Builders, guest lecturer for University of California, Irvine.  JoAnne was named to the 2000 Who’s Who in Builder and Developer magazine and she was the 2004 recipient of the Southern California BJ Stewart Women’s Achievement Award for her leadership, involvement and dedication to the building industry.  Since then, her company was named one of the “Best Companies to Work For” in the BIA/Orange County’s Tribute to Excellence Spotlight Awards and by the Orange County Business Journal. 

John was a VP Controller for 16 years, which included 10 years in the staffing industry with Remedy Temporary Staffing. In addition, he also spent 10 years with PriceWaterhouse in Orange County and New York City. John is a graduate of the University of Southern California. 

Jessica Cahill joined JWilliams Staffing in 2007 and brings unique educational and business experience to her position. Jessica is a licensed California Real Estate Broker, Certified Sales Professional and holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from California State University, Northridge and an associate's degree in Marketing and Product Development from FIDM in Los Angeles. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Sales and Marketing Council of Southern California, and is actively involved in Young Leaders Group of the Building Industry Associations of Southern California..

Lauren Beardsley is an experienced and successful Recruiting and Sales Professional with a focus on exceptional customer service.  Lauren’s extensive experience includes 10+ years in full service recruiting and relationship focused account management as well as 7+ years in the New Home Sales Industry.  Lauren was top Recruiter/Account Manager for a well-known National Recruiting firm resulting in promotion to Branch Manager.  Through her excellent mentoring and leadership skills, she built a team that was consistently ranked in in top 5% of all branch offices nationwide based on the number of candidates placed and job orders filled.  Lauren was also promoted to National Sales Trainer based on outstanding Recruiting and Marketing performance.

Within the New Home Sales Industry, Lauren successfully performed all aspects of new home sales and customer management for a top ranked home builder. Her excellent customer service and relationship building skills resulted in one third of sales from her referral base and consistently ranked in top 5% of JD Power survey results for customer satisfaction.  Lauren is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University with a BS degree in Marketing. Lauren’s combination of experience with full service recruiting and in the real estate industry has given her the tools and excellent customer service skills that make her the ideal person to help find you the perfect candidates. 

JWilliams Staffing is proud to announce the appointment of Steven Losinske as Vice President and Designated Broker of Arizona operations.  Steven adds more than 20 years of real estate sales and management experience to the JWS Team. He has been highly successful in all aspects of new home sales, holding past positions such as Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Office Manager and Associate Broker.  

Throughout his career, Steven has successfully worked with both buyers and sellers and is known for his tenacity in providing the highest level of customer service to both clients and customers. Steven will lead recruitment, training, and JWS customer care. Steven has worked for national and regional home builders including Ryland, Pulte, Richmond American and Sivage Thomas Homes.

A professional business leader, Steven brings a unique combination of sales, marketing and training expertise to the JWS team. His dedication to quality customer service and business acumen will assist JWilliams Staffing in continuing to deliver the highest level of excellence within the real estate industry.

Philip brings over 30 years of experience in the new home building industry to the table. His diverse management experiences include sales, operations, architecture, construction, purchasing, warranty, safety, and storm water management. As a former executive in the home building industry, he has been able to help our clients grow their business by utilizing our services and systems for making hiring right easier. Philip has the connections you are looking for. 

As a member of the Home Builders Association of Metro Denver, he sits on the nationally recognized Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) working directly with builders in Colorado. He is also a member of the Associate Members Council with the HBA adding value to their efforts to grow our industry. He recently served on the executive board of directors of the HBA of Metro Denver. Having been a Certified New Homes Sales Professional through the NAHB for the past 15 years, Philip understands your business.

Rich Davis is a multi-faceted professional with a diverse and significantly progressive career in the field of New Home Building Executive Management. Rich has over twenty-five years’ experience and possesses excellent motivational, training, leadership, and team building skills. Rich has prepared feasibility studies including execution of marketing and demographic studies, compilation of competitive market analysis material, and positioning studies. Rich has spent the majority of his career with public national homebuilders working his way up from On-Site Sales, Sales & Marketing management, to Executive Vice President Positions. Rich holds a Real Estate Brokers license in Arizona and Colorado, and has attended numerous self development and Leadership based courses. Rich has served as an instructor for the Denver CO HBA Certified Sales Professional course, was a member of the team that developed Pulte Homes Top Gun sales mentoring program, and was a presenter at KB Home national sales symposiums. Rich attended Mesa Community College with an emphasis in Real Estate.  

Larry Barker is a highly successful & motivated professional in the homebuilding industry who brings 10 years of New Home Sales Experience to the JWilliams Staffing North Carolina team. Growing up in Charlotte as beautiful neighborhoods came to life all around him, Larry always knew he would dedicate his career to the homebuilding industry. He has accomplished a great deal in achieving that dream.Larry has worked as a New Home Specialist, New Home Sales Counselor, Community Sales Manager, and Realtor, always bringing his unique perspective & dedication with him.

Larry graduated from North Carolina State University with a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Marketing and also received a Minor in Spanish. Outside of the office, Larry enjoys spending time with his family and is always motivated to provide for them. He pours a great deal of this motivation into his career.

With so much passion for his field, Larry was consistently a top producer in the new home sales industry across multiple builders. He was featured in Jeff Shore’s book, Be Bold and Win the Sale and has trained under highly acclaimed new home sales trainers including Jeff Shore, Amy O’Connor, Myers Barnes, Bob Hafer, Bob Schultz, Roland Nairsay, Michael Landers and the Sandler Institute. These experiences and accomplishments give Larry a deep understanding of the industry and especially an understanding of the specific traits builder clients are looking for in their sales associates.

Larry now takes this understanding & drive for success and applies it to his recruiting, training, and builder relationship efforts with JWilliams Staffing. Larry strongly believes there is no greater reward than seeing someone else succeed as a result of your guidance. He hopes to see this flourish through his employees as he trains and coaches them to contribute to the success of his builder clients. Debbie Ferrarello brings an extensive and successful background to the JWilliams Staffing team having worked 25+ years in the Staffing/Human Resources Industry and 6+ years in the Property Management Industry. She has held positions such as Senior Recruiter and Branch Manager that have given her the experience and intuition needed to find talented property management professionals.

Through her involvement with JobsNow and the Sacramento Employment and Training Agency, Debbie has developed her passion for launching the careers of skilled individuals and training them to bring success to JWilliams Staffing’s clients. Debbie has also gained an innate ability for communication and leadership through her participation in Toastmaster. She understands the importance of listening to customers’ specific needs in order to match them with individuals that are a perfect fit for their organization.

Debbie stays well connected through the California Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association and has a deep understanding of the industry. She has a unique ability to form a connection with all of her candidates and clients and has a true passion for making a difference. This dedication paired with her industry knowledge and recruiting expertise ensures that she always delivers top-talent and successful staffing solutions. 

Victoria Lund brings nearly 25 years of experience in the new home building industry in sales and marketing divisions. She has earned numerous MAME awards in sales achievements and excellence. Victoria has a BS degree in Psychology from University of California Chico. She possesses the abilities to understand and work well with candidates and clients. Victoria's expertise in sales and customer service makes her a qualified trainer and she is excited to teach the up and coming new home sales agents. She is a California Licensed Real Estate agent and a member of The National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors., and an active BIA member..

Michael Bocchicchio is an industry professional who brings more than 20 years of real estate sales and management experience to the JWilliams Staffing team. Michael is highly motivated and has been successful throughout his career, holding positions including Project Manager, Sales Counselor, and Community Manager.

Michael has a unique perspective because he was able to experience the staffing industry as a client as well as an employee of JWilliams Staffing. Michael worked with various JWS clients and then was recognized for his natural ability as a self-starter and leader and was promoted to Community Manager permanently with one of our clients. JWilliams Staffing then welcomed Michael back to the team; this time as a corporate employee serving as the Regional Manager for the Northern California New Home Sales Division.

Michael is passionate about coaching employees to be the perfect fit for your community using the knowledge he gained while working as a both a client and candidate. His hands-on experience, high level of customer service, and industry expertise assures that he will bring top-talent and success to your organization.

Marlo Brooks is a self-motivated and dedicated Recruiting and Sales Professional. Entering the staffing industry in 2011, her success driven approach quickly elevated her career, particularly in Property Management Staffing. Marlo has held positions including Independent Sales Consultant, Staffing Associate, and Site Manager. Marlo enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with creating the perfect match between her candidates and clients.

Lisa's previous work experience includes 15 years of onsite property management; she held several positions onsite from Leasing Consultant to Manager. This experience was integral and proved to be an asset when she began her recruiting career as an agency staffing specialist for the Multi-family housing industry. Her passion for the property management industry has been demonstrated over the last 4 years by her innate ability to spot talent and place them with the best job. Lisa's entrepreneurial spirit started with owning a business in the culinary arts as a Craft Service business owner for the film and television industry. Today she applies those transferable skills in business development, communication, relationship building, candidate recruiting and most specifically by identifying the right team member to round out an outstanding onsite team..

Claudette brings over 10 years of real estate industry experience as well as a distinct energy and enthusiasm to her role as Assistant New Homes Sales Manager.  Claudette’s strong relational skills coupled with her industry knowledge makes for an excellent pairing when it comes to meeting the needs of JWilliams Staffing’s clients. Claudette’s background includes working within the residential resale market industry as an Independent Agent, Residential Appraiser and Operations Ambassador for a new multi-generational master plan community. Claudette’s extensive experience in the real estate industry lends itself to her ability to have a complete and comprehensive understanding of your staffing needs. Claudette is a graduate of Cal-State Fullerton.

Susan Methvin is an Atlanta native who brings more than 16 years of marketing experience to her role as Atlanta Area Manager.  She began as an Account Manager in builder developer services for Coldwell Banker and then moved on to a Marketing Manager position at Prudential Georgia Realty where she was responsible for marketing 16 new homes communities.  She has been an active member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association's Sales and Marketing Council, has invested in the Master in Residential Marketing (MIRM) designation through the National Association of Home Builders, and has a B.S. degree in Communication.

Teresa O’Connor is a motivated, enthusiastic professional with 8+ years of Homebuilding Industry experience and 20+ years of client relations experience. Lisa Connell is an experienced homebuilding industry professional who brings 13 years of Real Estate Sales, Marketing, & Management to her role as Vice President of the Texas Division. She has specialized in everything from new home sales and sales team management/training to corporate marketing and recruitment. Lisa has a Texas Broker License and a B.A. in Corporate Communications from the University of Houston. Leading the Texas team, her goal is to provide VIP customer service that surpasses industry standards.

Dana Gilley is a motivated professional who brings 11 years of industry experience to the JWilliams Staffing team in 2017. Lori Richardson joins the JWilliams Staffing Team with over 25 years of experience as an industry leader specializing in new home sales and closings.  She first held a New Mexico real estate license in 1995 and has been licensed in Texas since 1998. Her capacity for success has been demonstrated through her achievements while working as both an independent Realtor and award winning New Home Sales Manager within the Texas and New Mexico markets; including the training of new hires for new home sales. Lori has gained an in-depth understanding of what it takes to be a successful sales agent and is able to pass this knowledge on to her candidates through JWilliams Staffing’s extensive training and mentoring programs.

Jaana Hull joins the JWilliams Staffing Team with 28 years of experience in Real Estate, Healthcare and Aviation. Jaana has specialized in everything from property management to new home sales, mortgage banking, sales training, corporate marketing and motivational speaking. Jaana joined the JWS Team in 2011 with a goal of providing VIP customer service that surpasses industry standards. She is excited to now join the JWS team in 2017 as Regional Manager to recruit, staff and coach the best and brightest talent in the state of Florida.
