<p>We’re hiring several Day Porters (Janitors/Groundskeepers) for immediate job opportunities at apartment communities throughout Northern California! JWilliams Staffing provides the Property Management Industry with staffing services for temporary, temp-to-hire, and full-time placements.</p>
<p>Porters (Janitors/Groundskeepers) are responsible for maintaining the curb appeal of the property grounds and cleaning models and offices during 8-hour day shifts. <p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $20/hr</p>
<h5><strong>Job Duties:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Cleaning apartment property grounds including models, offices, laundry rooms, fitness centers, and other public areas such as the mailroom or pool area</li>
<li>Power washing, vacuuming, & window washing</li>
<li>Trash removal from receptacles and vacated apartments</li>
<li>Touch up painting</li>
<li>Some light maintenance tasks</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>Requirements:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Must have experience with professional cleaning in a role such as porter, groundskeeper, janitor, custodian, or housekeeper; apartment or residential setting preferred</li>
<li>Knowledge and demonstrated skills in handling cleaning and cleaning products</li>
<li>Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Ability to safely move in and out of a variety of positions including: sitting, standing, walking, squatting, kneeling, and overhead reaching</li>
<li>Ability to lift 50 pounds</li>
<li>Capable of performing repetitive movements</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods of time</li>
<li>Ability to ascend/descend stairs</li>
</ul>
