The Sales Manager will set standards, drive growth, train, coach, and mentor a team of 8 to 10 agents for a top-producing and award-winning team that has set national records for sales production. This is a unique opportunity to bring your industry background and leadership skills to a team that is committed to providing a high value experience to both buyers and sellers.
• Track sales targets and conversion rates
• Weekly operational meetings
• Monthly/Quarterly and Annual Planning Meetings
• Help strategize and implement growth strategies for the company
• Agent pipeline management
• Lead conversion tracking
• Forecasting sales revenues
• Tracking / Reporting on sales effectiveness
Be the first point of contact when challenges arise during a transaction.
Conduct weekly training sessions on relevant topics.
Meet 1-1 with agents each week to support their personal and professional development as an agent.
Actively recruit 3 to 4 producing agents.
Salary: Base salary plus bonus. A successful candidate can earn $200K+ in their first year.
