Executive Assistant

Our client, a beautiful high-end retirement community, is seeking an experienced and personable Executive Assistant to join their team. 

Reporting directly to the Executive Director, the Executive Assistant will assist with operations of the office and act as a liaison between the executive office and the public.   • Provide administrative, secretarial, and clerical assistance and support to the Executive Director.
  • Ensures efficient operations of the office and confidential interactions with all of the constituencies of the office.
  • Works with minimal supervision and serves as a primary source of contact between the Executive Office and the membership & public, in person or by phone.


  • Management reports
  • Accounts payable & invoice management
  • Town Meeting minutes and management of various log books
  • Tracking requests for and drafting correspondence, follow-ups, & information
  • Schedule meetings
  • Provide assistance and secretarial support
  • Additional duties as outlined by the executive director
Experience and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5 years’ experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an Executive administrative role.
  • 1 year experience (preferred) in full service CCRC, assisted living, home health, skilled nursing, and/or hospitality industries.
  • Ability to multitask
  • Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate small group presentations and trainings.
  • Demonstrate good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel, Power Point) and LCS applications
  • Ability to type 60+ WPM
  • Understand and analyze financial data.
  • Able to take initiative and be a self-starter.
