Essential Functions
  • Directly manage staff team of 7-10 including performance management and daily accountability
  • Hiring, onboarding, and training new team members and becoming the point of escalation for all operations related matters
  • Plan and implement policies, procedures, and processes in concert with leadership to ensure operations are performing effectively and efficiently
  • Perform regular check-ins with individuals and team, shadow team members on the job to ensure alignment with strategic initiatives, and provide real-time issue resolution
  • Document and maintain programs and best practices for greater team efficiency
  • Provide support to the real estate sales team and team leader as needed including client communications and customer care
  • Create meeting agendas and facilitate team meetings
  • Other duties and projects as assigned


Minimum Eligibility Requirements
  • 3-5 years’ experience in real estate sales and/or operational leadership role
  • Must be able to effectively manage, motivate, and retain employees
  • Has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills required
  • Ability to think and act strategically, provide sound judgment
  • Is a collaborative team player who possesses a spirit of cooperation
  • Has an aptitude for learning different technology platforms
  • Must be able to creatively problem-solve, analyze unique situations, and implement solutions


Preferred Skills/Qualifications
  • Previous experience in the residential real estate industry supporting either a residential brokerage or a team of agents is preferred
  • Real estate license a plus
  • Experience with Monday.com and/or Slack a bonus
  • Prefer experience with Google Suite and Docusign
