<h5><strong>Essential Responsibilities:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Welcoming potential buyers, building rapport, and providing them with excellent service</li>
<li>Gathering details and taking diligent notes for the on-site sales team about buyers’ likes, dislikes, wishes, and timeframe for their new dream home</li>
<li>Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers</li>
<li>Opening and closing the models and inventory homes</li>
<li>Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits</li>

<h5><strong>Qualifications:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>1+ years’ experience in sales, administration, or customer service</li>
<li>Driven sales professional with a desire to excel in a team-oriented environment</li>
<li>Both non-licensed and Real Estate licensed professionals welcome to apply</li>
<li>Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Reliable transportation</li>
