<h5>Primary Responsibilities:</h5>
<ul>
<li>Supervises or Supports Operations of own property plus one other property in region.</li>
<li>Assist regional team with the Onboarding of new properties and transition requirements.</li>
<li>Assist regional team with the review of monthly End of Month reports for both properties.</li>
<li>Assist DMO with the review of monthly Leasing Concession Reports and Review Bonuses.</li>
<li>Visit the properties quarterly to conduct Property Reviews.</li>
<li>Assist other Manager or team with maintaining occupancy goals and working with them on new marketing plans.</li>
<li>Rent Collection, budget preparation, processing evictions, process accounts payable, manage revenue stream and financial reviews</li>
<li>Maintaining Occupancy Goals, rent maximization, and resident retention</li>
<li>Supervision of all phases of on-site operations, including Special Projects.</li>
<li>Demonstrated success in leadership, staff development and team building</li>
<li>Communicating and Interacting with Maintenance and Corporate Staff</li>
<li>Staff Management</li>
<li>Networking within the local Business Community , social media marketing, off-site marketing</li>
<li>Ability to Develop and implement new strategies and programs designed to ensure long- term residency</li>
</ul>
<h5>Requirements:</h5>
<ul>
<li>Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Property Manager of multifamily and student communities.</li>
<li>Must have excellent customer service, communication, organization, management, and people skills.</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Customer service orientated with the ability to work well with residents, vendors, management, and co-workers`</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Experience with luxury Class "A" communities</li>
<li>Familiarity with state specific leases and addendums will be required. Adherence to Fair Housing/ADA regulations and application, OSHA EPA requirements for the property management industry is required.</li>
