<h5><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong>: </h5>

<p>Answer phones, take messages, and provide excellent customer service </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Filing, scanning, mailing, and other paperwork assistance </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Help the manager with calendar management and general organization </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Assist with delivering of packages, meals, newsletters, resident notices and flyers </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Schedule meetings and appointments </p>
</li>
<li>
<p>Other general office support as needed </p>
</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong> </h5>

<p>High School Diploma or equivalent </p>
</li>

<p>Must have administrative experience </p>
</li>

<p>Exceptional organizational abilities </p>

<p>Strong sense of integrity and honesty </p>

<p>Tech-savvy, including use of Microsoft Office </p>
