<h5><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Performs service requests for general carpentry, masonry, painting, heat and air conditioning projects, electrical and plumbing, as well as appliance repair and installation.</li>
<li>Maintaining the proper appearance of the community’s interiors, exteriors and grounds.</li>
<li>Ensuring that all service requests are completed.</li>
<li>Assist the Maintenance team with managing maintenance inventory</li>
<li>General record keeping as required</li>
</ul>

<h5><strong>Requirements:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>3+ years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician</li>
<li>HVAC certifications preferred</li>
<li>EPA / CPO Preferred</li>
<li>Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation</li>
<li>Experience with residential plumbing, painting, hardware installation, trouble shooting & repairs, electric, and other general maintenance.</li>
<li>Basic tools required. Advanced or specialized equipment provided.</li>
<li>Customer service orientated with the ability to work well with residents, vendors, management, and co-workers</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written</li>
<li>Knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA</li>
