<p>The Assistant Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for performing general maintenance for a traditional office building, one small multifamily community, and two residential homes while delivering excellent customer service for our dedicated team.</p>

<h5><strong>Responsibilities and Duties:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Utilize your plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance skills to perform quality service work orders efficiently.</li>
<li>Proficiently repair heating/cooling elements.</li>
<li>Collaborate with team members for ideas and solutions.</li>
<li>Assist with grounds and maintain pleasing curb appeal.</li>
<li>Openly communicate with maintenance and office teams.</li>
<li>Assist residents with helpful, caring customer service.</li>
<li>Promote a pleasant work environment for coworkers and guests.</li>
<li>Be dependable when scheduled for rotational on-call duty for emergencies.</li>

<h5><strong>Requirements:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Previous experience (2+ years) in apartment/building maintenance or a similar role preferred.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license (required)</li>
<li>EPA Universal Certification (required)</li>
<li>Passion for fixing/making repairs.</li>
<li>Ability to work alone or in a team.</li>
<li>Thrive in a fast-paced setting, enthusiastic about taking on new challenges, and have the desire to grow.</li>
<li>A keen eye for detail</li>
<li>Ability to juggle multiple projects while managing priorities, maintaining schedules, and meeting goals.</li>
<li>Polite communications with residents, onsite staff, and management</li>
<li>A positive attitude.</li>
