<p>We are hiring several experienced Apartment Maintenance Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire jobs at apartment communities throughout southern Nevada! Candidates must be experienced in Apartment Maintenance or a similar handyman role.</p>

<h5><strong>Job Duties:</strong></h5>
<p>Residential Maintenance Technicians are responsible for apartment renovations and turns, exterior preventative maintenance, & standard handyman work including: appliance repair & troubleshooting, painting, plumbing, light electric, light carpentry, & patching sheetrock.</p>

<h5><strong>Requirements:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>1+ years’ experience as an Apartment Maintenance Service Technician, Hotel Maintenance, Handyman or Trade School</li>
<li>Basic experience with residential plumbing, painting, hardware installation, repairs, electric, etc. a must</li>
<li>Basic tools required</li>
<li>HVAC, light carpentry and sheetrock <em>a plus</em></li>
