<p>Our Client, a Commercial Property Management Company, is seeking a Property Manager to join their team! <p>The Property Manager helps oversee the day-to-day operations for retail, office, and industrial properties all over San Diego County. They will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation and that financial goals are met.</p>
<h4>Salary:</h4>
<ul>
<li>From $65,000.00 per year</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>Participates in the production of the monthly financial reports</li>
<li>Works with the Controller in the budgeting process to establish the scope and cost of any potential capital improvements for the coming year</li>
<li>Enlists the assistance of the Administrative Assistant in contacting tenants who have not paid on time for the timely collection of rents</li>
<li>Oversees the approval of invoices and ensures that Accounts Payable are processed in a timely manner. Responsible for invoicing when appropriate</li>
<li>Collects gross sales reports from the appropriate tenants and calculates the percentage rent, for those tenants who pay percentage rent</li>
<li>Reviews all Lease Summaries for new leases or renewals at the properties</li>
<li>Tour the properties and meet with tenants on a regular basis</li>
<li>Works with an attorney on Tenant evictions or on other legal matters at the properties</li>
<li>Ensures there are Certificates of Insurance for all tenants at the properties and for all vendors working on the properties</li>
<li>Ensures all tenant files are maintained both in paper form and electronically</li>
</ul>
<h5><strong>Requirements:</strong></h5>
<ul>
<li>2+ years Commercial Property Management experience</li>
<li>Communication proficiency (oral and written)</li>
<li>Must be able to exercise good judgment and be self-motivated</li>
<li>Excellent organization and time-management skills</li>
<li>Leadership skills and team-oriented</li>
<li>Proficient with computer software</li>
</ul>
