Juan Vasquez joins us as Maintenance Service Director with 10 years of management experience and 4 years of staffing industry experience within a combination of light industrial, maintenance, administrative/clerical, and customer service fields. With experience as an On-Site Supervisor, Recruiter, and Account Executive, Juan has been recognized for his ability to motivate team members and recruit top talent. Juan’s specialty in the maintenance field brings a great deal of insight and expertise to this division as JWilliams Staffing expands current services to include maintenance workers.

As soon as Juan entered the world of staffing, he found great enjoyment in identifying client needs and connecting them to professionals who have the skill sets, personality, and career goals to fit those needs. With a high level of organization, a proactive nature, and a specialty in maintenance staffing, Juan is prepared to recruit and place the best and brightest staff at your properties. He looks forward to continuing to provide our strategic staffing services, now with the addition of maintenance and janitorial personnel.

Brandon Holland joins the JWilliams Staffing Multi-Family division with 8 years in the service and hospitality industries. Brandon’s experience includes his role as Core Trainer and Lead for the Walt Disney Company, where he trained others on how to train their employees and assisted in the launch of several new restaurants, focusing on customer service & a strong attention to detail. This background lends itself to Brandon’s deep understanding of what it takes to exceed client expectations.  In addition to his business and marketing studies and graduating from the Disney College Program, he also received Disney’s degrees in Corporate Communication and Hospitality.

Brandon gained invaluable experience as well as a passion for relationship building during his time spent in the hospitality industry. He is now is excited to apply his knowledge to assisting JWS’s Property Management clients with their staffing needs and to launch the careers of Multi-Family industry professionals. Brandon is hardworking, motivated, and is excited to grow within this industry where he finds his experience setting up businesses for success directly applied. Entering the staffing industry in 2011, her success driven approach quickly elevated her career, particularly in Property Management Staffing. Marlo has held positions including Independent Sales Consultant, Staffing Associate, and Site Manager. Marlo enjoys the challenges and rewards that come with creating the perfect match between her candidates and clients.

Through comprehensive coaching and mentoring, Marlo plays a key role in aiding her employees along their career path and setting them up to succeed on the job. Victoria Lund brings nearly 25 years of experience in the new home building industry in sales and marketing divisions. She has earned numerous MAME awards in sales achievements and excellence. Victoria has a BS degree in Psychology from University of California Chico. She possesses the abilities to understand and work well with candidates and clients. Victoria's expertise in sales and customer service makes her a qualified trainer and she is excited to teach the up and coming new home sales agents. She is a California Licensed Real Estate agent and a member of The National Association of Realtors and the California Association of Realtors., and an active BIA member..
