Apartment Leasing Consultant

Are you an experienced Leasing Consultant & customer service expert? Nevada’s premier property management companies are looking for you!

Here at JWilliams Staffing, we partner with some of the best Property Management companies in the industry to help them find leasing superstars to cover their leasing offices on their staff’s days off, high volume periods, or when they’re looking to hire; you could be one of them! These are temporary assignments, 8-hour shifts, part-time.

We offer our leasing candidates placement assistance, coaching, and personalized ongoing guidance so they excel on site. Once you join our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work temporary leasing consultant assignments with several apartment communities to gain new experiences while also getting exposure to industry leaders.

We are currently recruiting for apartment communities throughout Southern Nevada.

Responsibilities:

• Greet prospective & current residents, providing excellent customer service
• Answer calls and inquiries in the leasing office
• Set appointments for prospects to visit the community and apartments
• Present the apartment community, ultimately assisting in sales
• Qualify leads to help generate prospects for the community
• Assist residents with service requests and general questions about the community and home

Requirements:

• Experience as a Leasing Consultant
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Professional demeanor
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Outgoing personality matched with great enthusiasm
• Organized and resourceful nature
• A passion to serve
• Computer savvy
