Brandon Holland joins the JWilliams Staffing Multi-Family division with 8 years in the service and hospitality industries. Brandon’s experience includes his role as Core Trainer and Lead for the Walt Disney Company, where he trained others on how to train their employees and assisted in the launch of several new restaurants, focusing on customer service & a strong attention to detail. This background lends itself to Brandon’s deep understanding of what it takes to exceed client expectations.  In addition to his business and marketing studies and graduating from the Disney College Program, he also received Disney’s degrees in Corporate Communication and Hospitality.

Brandon gained invaluable experience as well as a passion for relationship building during his time spent in the hospitality industry. He is now is excited to apply his knowledge to assisting JWS’s Property Management clients with their staffing needs and to launch the careers of Multi-Family industry professionals. Brandon is hardworking, motivated, and is excited to grow within this industry where he finds his experience setting up businesses for success directly applied. This passion drives Brandon’s commitment and ability to finding the perfect staffing solutions for both JWilliams Staffing’s clients and candidates.

Juan Vasquez joins us as Maintenance Service Director with 10 years of management experience and 4 years of staffing industry experience within a combination of light industrial, maintenance, administrative/clerical, and customer service fields. With experience as an On-Site Supervisor, Recruiter, and Account Executive, Juan has been recognized for his ability to motivate team members and recruit top talent. Juan’s specialty in the maintenance field brings a great deal of insight and expertise to this division as JWilliams Staffing expands current services to include maintenance workers.

As soon as Juan entered the world of staffing, he found great enjoyment in identifying client needs and connecting them to professionals who have the skill sets, personality, and career goals to fit those needs. With a high level of organization, a proactive nature, and a specialty in maintenance staffing, Juan is prepared to recruit and place the best and brightest staff at your properties. He looks forward to continuing to provide our strategic staffing services, now with the addition of maintenance and janitorial personnel.

Claudette brings over 10 years of real estate industry experience as well as a distinct energy and enthusiasm to her role as Assistant New Homes Sales Manager.  Claudette’s strong relational skills coupled with her industry knowledge makes for an excellent pairing when it comes to meeting the needs of JWilliams Staffing’s clients. Claudette’s background includes working within the residential resale market industry as an Independent Agent, Residential Appraiser and Operations Ambassador for a new multi-generational master plan community. Claudette’s extensive experience in the real estate industry lends itself to her ability to have a complete and comprehensive understanding of your staffing needs. Claudette is a graduate of Cal-State Fullerton.

Annie Charles is an accomplished New Home Sales professional with 30 years of experience in the industry. With a background as a New Home Sales Consultant, Director of Sales and Marketing, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Annie is well known for recruiting and leading the best sales professionals in the industry. She has proven methods for training, mentoring, and empowering people to surpass goals and feels a responsibility to share her experience with the next generation so that they may carry on the noble calling of new home sales with the highest level of integrity and success.

Annie’s achievements in sales leadership are backed by her participation in the JLH Leadership Program and her Coaches Training Institute (CTI) Co-Active Coaching Certificate. Annie was also awarded and recognized as the BIA/SMC Sales Manager of the Year. Along with her accreditations, Annie’s true passion for this industry is what drives her innate ability to find success. She loves every aspect of new home sales – from seeing a raw site transform into a thriving community to helping people realize their dream of home ownership. The most rewarding experience for her has been moving into leadership and being responsible for the hiring and education of a team of New Home Sales Consultants and passing her passion and knowledge on to them.
