Brandon Holland joins the JWilliams Staffing Multi-Family division with 8 years in the service and hospitality industries. Brandon’s experience includes his role as Core Trainer and Lead for the Walt Disney Company, where he trained others on how to train their employees and assisted in the launch of several new restaurants, focusing on customer service & a strong attention to detail. This background lends itself to Brandon’s deep understanding of what it takes to exceed client expectations.  In addition to his business and marketing studies and graduating from the Disney College Program, he also received Disney’s degrees in Corporate Communication and Hospitality.

Brandon gained invaluable experience as well as a passion for relationship building during his time spent in the hospitality industry. He is now is excited to apply his knowledge to assisting JWS’s Property Management clients with their staffing needs and to launch the careers of Multi-Family industry professionals. Brandon is hardworking, motivated, and is excited to grow within this industry where he finds his experience setting up businesses for success directly applied. Juan Vasquez joins us as Maintenance Service Director with 10 years of management experience and 4 years of staffing industry experience within a combination of light industrial, maintenance, administrative/clerical, and customer service fields. With experience as an On-Site Supervisor, Recruiter, and Account Executive, Juan has been recognized for his ability to motivate team members and recruit top talent. Juan’s specialty in the maintenance field brings a great deal of insight and expertise to this division as JWilliams Staffing expands current services to include maintenance workers.

As soon as Juan entered the world of staffing, he found great enjoyment in identifying client needs and connecting them to professionals who have the skill sets, personality, and career goals to fit those needs. With a high level of organization, a proactive nature, and a specialty in maintenance staffing, Juan is prepared to recruit and place the best and brightest staff at your properties. Gina Robinette is a motivated professional who joins the JWilliams Staffing team with 7 years of Homebuilding Industry experience and 15 years in the Financial Industry. Her success, talent, & reliable nature has been proven in her previous roles in New Home Sales with both Builders and JWilliams Staffing. Gina has gained a true passion for this industry. She enjoys engaging with others who have her same admiration for new home sales and is driven to help these professionals succeed in their career.

Gina has a unique and valuable perspective, having experienced the staffing industry from both the client and candidate roles. This exposure to both sides of the equation lends itself to Gina’s deep understanding of what it takes to succeed. From carefully screening and interviewing to providing comprehensive training, Gina knows what it takes to identify qualified candidates to fit builders’ staffing needs. Gina is excited to pass on what she has learned to candidates and exceed client expectations in providing strategic staffing solutions.

Claudette brings over 10 years of real estate industry experience as well as a distinct energy and enthusiasm to her role as Assistant New Homes Sales Manager.  Claudette’s strong relational skills coupled with her industry knowledge makes for an excellent pairing when it comes to meeting the needs of JWilliams Staffing’s clients. Claudette’s background includes working within the residential resale market industry as an Independent Agent, Residential Appraiser and Operations Ambassador for a new multi-generational master plan community. Claudette’s extensive experience in the real estate industry lends itself to her ability to have a complete and comprehensive understanding of your staffing needs. Claudette is a graduate of Cal-State Fullerton.

Kathy is an accomplished leader and recruitment professional. With 6 years of experience in customer service, she excels at communicating with and hiring top-notch professionals. Leading the recruitment department at JWilliams Staffing, she is a trusted resource for recruitment and hiring needs. Her strong leadership and expertise have been instrumental in developing and nurturing a highly effective recruitment team. Team members naturally rely on her for guidance, mentorship, and inspiration.
