  • Staffing your (Appointment Only) Community: Rather than leaving your offices empty until an appointment is scheduled, staff your offices during business hours to help handle incoming calls, be available for short notice appointments, and provide real time virtual tours
     
  • Online Sales: Our temporary associates can provide assistance for your Online Counselors or call center with increased web traffic, community inquiries, real-time chats, and appointment setting.
     
  • Conducting Follow-Up: Provide support to your onsite team with staff to help with calling your interest list to explain the appointment process and schedule appointments, while allowing your team to keep moving with their current buyers/renters
     
  • Days Off: Coverage for absenteeism due to school closures, childcare issues, or those adhering to voluntary self-quarantine of age 65+
     
  • Event Traffic Control: Provide additional staff for (invitation only) grand openings and special events. Our team can assist with queuing traffic, limiting guests, and keeping touring households moving and separated. Maximize your ability to get interested buyers through your new community while adhering to recommended social distancing of at least 6 feet.
