Definition: An InstantHireTM is a candidate the Client Company (the 'Client') has identified, interviewed and selected to be placed on JWilliams Staffing's (JWS) payroll, because the candidate is in the process of onboarding with the Client and the Client would like the candidate to physically begin working at one of their property sites before the onboarding process is completed.
Process: JWS will walk the InstantHireTM through our own onboarding process and can typically have them start within a day, as long as the InstantHireTM completes the following prerequisites in a timely manner:
Once JWS's onboarding process is completed, a JWS representative will confirm the available start date with the Client and will inform the InstantHireTM of JWS's timesheet submittal process.
Once the InstantHireTM has a start date with Client's company, the Client must notify JWS to ensure the employee is accurately paid by JWS and not both JWS and Client. Client must email both HR@JWilliamsStaffing and CC the JWS Regional Manager as soon as they have a start date for the InstantHireTM. The Client cannot 'backdate' the hire date, this means the hire date must be the date a JWS Regional Manager was notified or a future date. The Client will be responsible for any overpayment caused by missed notification to JWS.

Mark-up will be assigned based on what worker's compensation classification code the position falls under. Client is eligible to hire the InstantHireTM employee at any time without any buyout hours requirement or conversion fee.
70% markup for non-maintenance // 80% markup for maintenance technicians/porters.
