Team JWS at HomeAid's Fundraiser for the Homeless

Posted: September, 10, 2018 | Categories: Company and Industry News

For the last 12 years, HomeAid America has hosted an annual Trap Shoot fundraiser to raise money and awareness to build homeless housing facilities throughout America. In this unique fundraiser, teams of five compete against one another by shooting traps (i.e. palm-sized clay discs) for the highest score. Various building industry constituents and their partners and clients participate in this event to help raise money in the battle against homelessness in America.

This year, our very own team of JWS Alumni and sales staff participated in the event and were able to help HomeAid fight homelessness in America and rank themselves on the scoreboard!

The Group Shot left to right:

  1. Richard Chappel: From DR Horton in San Ramon. Chappel was hired at JWilliams Staffing and was taken on full time by DR Horton soon after and has now been with the company for many years.
  2. Tim Munyon:  A new hire for JWilliams Staffing who came in with an impressive resume and MBA from USC. Munyon has recently relocated to Danville and is looking to launch his new career.
  3. Michael Bocchicchio: JWilliams Staffing Northern California Regional Manager and organizer of the team. Bocchicchio formed this “all sales” team for the fundraiser and plans to participate in next year’s fundraiser event as well. He hopes to get JWilliams Staffing’s name at the top of the leaderboard!
  4. Ludwig Malik: Bocchicchio helped find Malik a full time position with TriPointe Homes this last January. “For me, he was always a top-shelf candidate,” says Bocchicchio. Malik was instrumental in the award William Lyon won for sales at his community. He now works fulltime with Tripointe in Morgan Hill.
  5. Alan Ralph: Hired by Bocchicchio in August 2017. After being sought after as a temporary candidate with various clients, Ralph accepted a full time position at Tripointe in February 2018 and now works with them at their communities in Dublin.

We could not be more proud of this all-star team of JWS alumni in their success at the fundraiser and in their careers! What an exciting reunion and celebration of #LaunchingCareers!
