With over 20 years in the retail industry, Kelly came to JWilliams Staffing with extensive sales experience. With the desire to try something new, she jumped into the Property Management Industry through JWilliams Staffing. Within a year of joining JWS, she began the next chapter of her full-time career as a Community Relations Representative with Irvine Company!
When Kelly began working for JWilliams Staffing, her goal was to see if the Property Management Industry would be the right fit for her. In this time, she learned a great deal about the industry and got her foot in the door with an amazing company. Kelly’s new goal is to continue learning as much as she can on her new journey with the Irvine Company.
Treating every assignment as a learning opportunity allowed Kelly to gain valuable knowledge and skills while working. It wasn’t just learning that led Kelly to success. She also attributed her success to her attitude on each assignment. “Think of every assignment like it’s your full time job,” she said. Kelly took each assignment seriously, embodied professionalism, and seized every opportunity to improve her knowledge and skills.
“I have many positive memories from JWilliams,” Kelly exclaimed. Many of the great times she had with JWilliams Staffing, Kelly attributed to her manager, Brandon Holland – Senior Regional Manager for SoCal Multi-Family Division.
She was awarded with the Irvine Company’s “Above and Beyond” award for her outstanding customer service and said that Brandon was one of the first people to congratulate her on the honor. Kelly’s time with the JWS team helped her successfully and happily grow into her new full-time role in the Property Management Industry.
Having worked in the retail industry for over 20 years, Kelly loves working with people and providing top-notch customer service. It is no wonder she fell in love with property management. Getting to help people find the next place they’ll call home and bringing a smile to their face is what Kelly is all about!
No good deed goes unnoticed. Kelly’s love for providing excellent customer service has led her to win a variety of awards for her customer service and sales expertise.
Beyond the workplace, Kelly has a variety of hobbies that keep her active and up to date on what’s going on in the world. Between working out and hiking, there’s never a day where she isn’t having fun outdoors or at the gym! She’s also a big movie buff and loves to watch anything from the newest movies in theaters to the classics. Kelly’s love for keeping up with pop culture and the latest fashion trends also fuels her passion for shopping and finding a wardrobe that helps her shine in both her personal and professional life. She was also even a Polynesian dancer at a Hawaiian restaurant during her college years!
