JoAnne Williams, the Founder, President, and CEO of JWilliams Staffing, emphasized that the company's commitment goes beyond merely connecting candidates with jobs. Reflecting on the early days of JWilliams Staffing, JoAnne Williams shared her humble beginnings, having started as a team of one in California. "I moved to California as a single mom with two children and took a giant leap of faith in starting my company. I devoted half of my garage to serve as my office, and JWilliams Staffing was born." Williams credited her children, Michael and David, for playing pivotal roles in the company's development.
Jessica Littrell, Williams' daughter, made significant contributions during challenging times, including the Great Recession of 2008 and the COVID-19 shutdown in 2020. Littrell's dedication and industry involvement were crucial in leading the company through difficult periods. As JWilliams Staffing continued to grow, Williams focused on supporting the building industry's recovery from the Great Recession in 2010. Initiatives like "Connect" and strategic partnerships helped executives rebuild their networks, contributing to the industry's revitalization.
Over the years, JWilliams Staffing has garnered multiple industry accolades, including Fastest-Growing Private Company, OC Business Journal’s Top Workplace and Top 70 Women-Owned Business. The company's commitment to supporting the real estate industry earned JoAnne Williams recognition as Who’s Who in Builder and Developer Magazine and the Southern California BJ Stewart Women’s Achievement Award.
