Denver, CO (August 22, 2016) – Philip Eidenschink has been named principal of JWilliams Staffing of Colorado, according to a formal announcement by JoAnne Williams, CCRM, MCSP, Founder, President and CEO of JWilliams Staffing. A 32-year veteran of the new home industry, Eidenschink brings broad expertise in the fields of: sales, operations, architecture, construction, purchasing, warranty, safety and storm water management to his new role.
A pacesetter in real estate recruitment and staffing solutions, JWilliams Staffing has effectively delivered personnel services on a national scale to both the new home and multi-family industries for more than 15 years. Under Eidenschink’s new ownership, JWilliams Staffing of Colorado will continue to serve the region’s robust housing market, led by Denver’s foremost position in appreciation nationwide. The Colorado franchise was JWilliams Staffing’s first in 2012.
Eidenschink has served JWilliams Staffing of Colorado as its regional and general manager since January 2013, and has been integral to the franchise’s growth as the leading real estate staffing company statewide. “Growing the Colorado franchise over the past few years has been so fulfilling. Taking care of our clients and candidates is our number one priority,” states Eidenschink. Creating an unprecedented number of career prospects throughout Colorado, Eidenschink will continue to provide highly qualified personnel and client service for temporary, temp-to-hire and direct/full-time staffing.
Eidenschink has supported the HBA of Metro Denver with roles on numerous councils and committees. He serves on the Sales & Marketing Council’s Board of Directors, while leading both the Membership and Million Dollar Club subcommittees. Leadership roles further extend to the Associate Member Council for which he is Secretary/Treasurer. Notably, Eidenschink has been a volunteer coordinator for the HBA Job Fair, enabling over 50 HBA member companies to personally interact with more than 300 candidates.
