JWilliamsStaffing, a provider of homebuilding sales professionals and premium training programs, announced the development of the first-ever e-Learning and Certification Program for Sales Professionals in the U.S. homebuilding and sales industry. Designed to augment JWilliamsStaffing's existing face-to-face professional sales training program, the new e-Learning and Certification Program is expected to launch in the second quarter of 2011 and will emphasize interactive learning and on-going career development through new media tools including audio, video, real-time blogs and social media.

The JWilliamsStaffing e-Learning and Certification Program is designed to give participants access to ongoing education so that they achieve the highest level of training offered in the industry. The program is comprised of a series of 5-6 components that include critical professional image and business grace, the critical path of sales, customer relations, business etiquette and communication, fair housing and cross-cultural selling. Professional real estate candidates are expected to complete all modules before certification is granted. The training program will include role-playing exercises, assessments and will give candidates access to an extensive library of learning content including professional articles, blogs, social media, and audio and video learning.
