Maintenance Technicians
  • Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in property management (apartment) maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
  • Ability to work Monday through Friday; 8 hour work days.
  • Must possess strong organizational and management skills.
  • Possess an adequate understanding of fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions.
  • Must be able to multi-task, manage time effectively and be able to cope with change constructively.


Leasing Consultants
  • Experience as a Leasing Consultant
  • Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Exposure to and basic knowledge of social media
  • Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required (hours vary)
