• Self-referrals are not valid.
• If a referee is referred more than once, the referrer who submitted the form first is eligible for the reward.
• Fraudulent or duplicate requests are void and will not be fulfilled.
• The referee must not be an active JWS employee at the time of form submission.
• Recruiters and other employees performing recruiting or sourcing duties do not qualify for referral rewards for candidates identified through company résumés, applicant records, talent pools, or recruiting systems. This exclusion includes candidates originally associated with one job requisition who are subsequently matched, submitted, or hired for another job requisition in the ordinary course of the employee’s job duties.
• JWS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end the program at any time.
