Welcome Center Sales Manager – Real Estate Licensed

Our client, a real estate developer, is seeking a Welcome Center Sales Manager for their master-planned community in Tracy. This community features beautiful new homes from three award-winning homebuilders in a premier location with parks, trails, a pool, clubhouse, and resort-style living.

The Welcome Center Sales Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Welcome Center, which is the starting point for tours of the Resident’s Community Center. The ideal candidate will be a real estate licensed sales professional who is skilled at interacting with prospective buyers to create urgency to buy a new home from the community’s builders.   • Oversee policies and procedures for visitors to be greeted, tour community center, and direct visitors to builders
  • Telephone reception, answer emails sent to the general inquiry email address, and record visitor information.
  • Ensure visitor satisfaction is delivered to the highest standards
  • Create monthly staff schedule for Welcome Center; find adequate coverage in the event of staff time off, and welcome/train any temporary help
  • Resolve complaints, safety incidents, or address concerns and direct visitors/homeowners to the appropriate resources.
  • Effectively communicate across departmental lines to ensure the needs of our homeowners and visitors are met in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain office supplies and visitor refreshment supplies; place orders as needed
  • Monitor cleaning services in buildings and community center area, reporting any deficiencies to HOA as needed.
  • Develop and manage relationships with and schedule tours for area Brokers/Realtors
  • Participate and present at quarterly Sales Associate and HOA management meetings
  • Provide support for weekly reporting including occasional completion of reports.
  • Manage the community closing package with timely ordering and delivery to sales offices.
  • Be a resource for social media postings on resident Facebook.
  • Assist in monthly event programs.
  • Follow up on all leads delivered from ILS and outside advertising sources in a timely manner.
  • Complete special projects or additional duties as assigned
Background and Qualifications
  • Some College required
  • Valid California Real Estate License a MUST
  • 3+ years in a front-facing position with general public
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to perform administrative work, including scheduling
  • Competent in Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively, foster collaboration and build positive relationships within the community
