The Treasury Analyst is responsible for providing analytical support for the company’s F&A group while focusing on day-to-day treasury related functions. This will include maintaining banking relationships, treasury accounting, internal reporting, and daily cash management activities.


  • Prepare ad-hoc reports and analysis relating to bank accounts and cash movement
  • Bank account management including opening/closing accounts, compilation of fee analysis, and KYC requirements
  • Assist with fraud prevention initiatives
  • Post GL entries related to treasury cash movements
  • Conduct transaction research in banking systems and general ledger as needed
  • Assist with daily treasury operations such as processing domestic and international wires, monitoring daily cash activities, and regional account fundings related to future receivables/payables, mortgage payments, payroll, etc.
  • Communicate with internal and external business partners on inquiries, issues, and escalated requests
  • Assist with treasury operations related projects to support company’s growth and expansion
  • Support Treasury team in preparing audit requests
  • Support investor relations with quarterly and sale distributions


  • Degree in accounting or finance from an accredited college; OR 3-5 years of relevant experience
  • Multi Entity Corporate Real Estate or financial services experience is a plus, but not necessary
  • Strong analytical skills, basic finance skills, intermediate Excel skills, and experience utilizing ERP and TMS systems
  • Must be deadline focused, organized, and exhibit creative problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated responsiveness in ability to work in a team-oriented environment while driving for results
  • Professional work ethics, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills with all levels of the organization
