Purpose of the Scheduling Coordinator

The Staffing/Scheduling Coordinator plays an integral role in client satisfaction, receiving client orders for temporary staffing via phone and email, contacting candidates to fill orders for staff assistance, and providing excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Process temporary staffing requests (take client’s orders, enter orders into CRM software, fill orders utilizing our database of active candidates, & send order confirmations).
  • Provide superb customer service to clients and candidates.
  • Keep up with incoming calls in a busy call center.
  • General administrative and office assistance.
  • Accurately input order and client information into CRM (Avionte).
  • Follow up with clients regularly.
  • Back up scheduling team members as needed.

 

Requirements:
  • Customer service experience is absolutely required.
  • Strong computer skills a must; experience with CRM or Avionte a plus.
  • Familiarity with residential real estate/the apartment industry a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks accurately & independently with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to go the extra mile to engage and provide an excellent client experience.
  • Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and stay organized.  
  • Ability to adapt and “go with the flow” enthusiastically.
