The Regional Sales and Recruitment Manager is responsible for establishing and growing business, client satisfaction and retention, and recruiting temporary leasing consultant & maintenance employees for assignments at multi-family apartments throughout Northern California. Submit your resume TODAY for this exciting position with opportunity for growth!

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES:
  • Market directly to property management apartment communities
  • Create and maintain client data base opportunity list.
  • Develop new business and increase service to existing business within region
  • Source, interview, and present candidates to client companies.
  • Personally conduct thorough, personal and lawful interviews with qualified candidates.
  • Correspondence to reinforce marketing plan as needed
  • Develop strategies with the CEO to secure regional & national accounts and nurture relationships with key clients
  • Occasionally attend regional AA and CAA or client specific functions to develop JWS brand.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 1-3 years of experience working in Property Management, or, within the industry as a vendor sales representative
  • Must be well-connected within the Property Management Industry
  • Experience recruiting, interviewing, and hiring a plus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask based on client and company needs.
  • Management and supervisory experience a plus
