POSITION PURPOSE

Client demand is creating an exciting opportunity for the Regional Sales and Recruitment Manager to manage and expand our business in the Greater Sacramento and Reno regions. The need from our multi-family clients for skilled talent is strong, and this role will help meet this demand through client relationships and candidate recruitment.

The Regional Manager will collaborate with the executive team to set revenue goals and strategically plan the execution of set goals to serve our clients and create ongoing opportunities for the candidates hired in the region. The Manager will be responsible for contributing to the temporary and direct placement revenue within this organization while furthering the company's excellent reputation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES
  • Develop strategies with the CEO and regional Vice President to secure regional & national accounts and nurture relationships with key clients
  • Develop new business and increase service to existing business within the region
  • Successfully set and achieve monthly/annual revenue goals
  • Manage regional expenses for events and memberships
  • Market directly to property management apartment communities
  • Create correspondence to reinforce the marketing plan
  • Source, interview, and present candidates to clients for direct hire or temp-to-hire
  • Create and maintain CRM system and Applicant Tracking System
  • Personally conduct thorough, personal, and lawful interviews with qualified candidates
  • Occasionally attend local or regional AA or client-specific functions to represent the brand

 

REQUIREMENTS
  • 2-4 years of experience working in Property Management or, within the industry as a successful vendor sales representative
  • Strategic thinker, self-starter, and driven sales professional who is ready to hit the ground running with proven business development techniques
  • Experienced recruiting, interviewing, and hiring a must
  • Strong computer and software skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask based on client and company needs.
  • Management and supervisory experience a plus
