Purpose of the Recruitment Assistant

The Recruitment Assistant will provide recruitment, marketing, and administrative support to our Multi-Family department. Their efforts will help tremendously in exciting growth and geographical expansion initiatives. The Recruitment Assistant work full-time and on-site at our corporate office in Irvine, CA in conjunction and under the supervision of a Regional Manager.

 

Primary Responsibilities
  • Source, sort, review, and prescreen candidates from various online platforms to support recruitment efforts; tools and script provided for guidance - potential to learn, grow, and take on more recruiting-related tasks if desired
  • Actively participate in all team meetings; sharing ideas and concepts with other team members and management
  • Reach out via phone call and text to temporary employees for various needs, such as confirming availability
  • Input all new hire paperwork and maintain employee’s files
  • Assist with marketing tasks, including preparing and mailing brochures and other promotional items, emailing potential clients from provided list, and putting together marketing materials for managers’ in-person business development visits
  • Coordinating tasks as needed with corporate onboarding and scheduling staff
  • Perform various clerical duties as needed

 

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2+ years’ experience in an Administrative role; experience with recruiting, staffing a plus, call center experience welcomed
  • Computer-savvy a MUST; experience with Outlook, Excel, data entry, and ATS or CRM software
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish speaking required
  • Customer service experience – phone and e-mail etiquette
  • Strong time-management skills and ability to switch between tasks based on current need
  • Superb attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Self-starter, ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Embraces working in a team environment
