We are looking for an experienced recruiter to join our team to help fill direct hire, executive placements within the real estate industry! The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting and placing exceptional talent with client company teams. They must have experience as a recruiter, preferably in the real estate industry, and the ability to consult with clients and implement strong sourcing, recruiting, and talent-matching ability. Pay is base + commission (no cap) and benefits include medical, dental, vision, health, paid holidays, and PTO.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
  • Collaborate with client companies regarding job orders, developing an understanding of their needs and company culture, and submitting strong candidate matches for consideration
  • Source and review applicant resumes, conduct in-depth pre-screen interviews, and set up interviews for top candidates and the hiring client
  • Provide an exceptional client and candidate experience by taking a consultative approach and maintaining consistent communication
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department to develop job advertisements and strategize on current postings
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for obtaining new business including email or phone outreach, developing candidate features, and following up with past clients
  • Clerical duties as needed; including maintaining employee files and records and collecting and processing documents/applications to on-board employees
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents

 

Qualifications/Education
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience as a Recruiter
  • Real Estate Industry knowledge/experience highly preferred
  • Real Estate License a plus
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask based on client company’s needs.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience with recruiting tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter etc.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
