Real Estate Listing and Marketing Coordinator

The Listing Coordinator will be responsible for managing the marketing and listing process of homes for sale. The process requires participating in property photography appointments, creating each property description write-up, uploading all property information, and rolling the property out on social media. The ideal candidate is organized, has great follow-up, writing, and communication skills is not overwhelmed by multiple moving parts, and has a knack for creativity.   • Coordinating, confirming, and being present for all photography appointments of clients’ homes
  • Tracking and reporting the status of all confirmed appointments to necessary parties (clients, listing team, etc.)
  • Creation of all property write ups for property listings
  • Selection of property photos to be used in all marketing
  • Uploading photos for the property flyers and sending to the printer
  • Execution of each property’s listing and closing checklist
  • Inputting selected property photos and information into the MLS system as well as the company websites
  • Closing out properties across multiple platforms at the completion of all sales
  • Owning the closing gift creation and delivery process for all closed sales
  • Implementation of the client appreciation program
  • Carrying out social media objectives on Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube
  • Assisting our showing coordinator with showings, inspections, and scheduling (when needed)


  • Interest in and passion for marketing and/or real estate a must
  • Some experience in marketing a plus, but not required
  • Some experience in the real estate industry a plus, but not required
  • Real estate license preferred but can be pursued upon hiring
  • Strong communication, writing, and creativity
  • Organizational skills
  • Tech-savvy and familiarity with social media platforms
  • Patience in evolving circumstances is needed (i.e. Cancellations, re-scheduling, etc.)
  • Must have reliable transportation – car required
  • Must be within a 45 minute commute of Orange, CA
