Responsibilities

  • Answer phones and emails
  • Conduct open house tours
  • Support with office duties such as filing
  • Property Management client communications
  • Utilize Appfolio software

 

Qualifications

  • Administrative or office-environment experience
  • Leasing/property management industry experience preferred
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Organized with an attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Appfolio a plus
