Position Purpose

The Property Administrator provides administrative support for a portfolio of industrial properties, working closely with our Property Management team, to ensure a smooth operation.


Summary of Job Duties
  • Representing the company as their on-site office personnel daily from 8AM-5PM
  • Answer calls, collect mail, make copies, and other office organization as needed
  • Create/maintain/update electronic and hard files and tenant/vendor contact information
  • Assist with event planning, broker/tenant events, and tenant relations
  • Tenant lease administration, including insurance compliance verification, HVAC service tracking, tenant portal registrations/updates, filing
  • Coordination and tracking for maintenance services to be provided at the properties
  • Assist with Tenant Move-in/Move-out procedures, Accounts Receivable/Payable, Rent Roll Review, CAM reconciliations, lease administration, tenant notices, default letters, various property inspections reports
  • Other administrative support tasks/projects as assigned


  • High school diploma required – BS/BA preferred
  • 0-2 years’ experience (entry level)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required
  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) skills are required.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Demonstrates initiative and reflects a sense of urgency in daily duties
  • Real estate experience is preferred but not required
  • Basic understanding of lease terms and financial analysis preferred but not required
  • Experience with Yardi accounting/property software preferred but not required
