Onboarding/Administrative Assistant

JWilliams Staffing – Real Estate Recruitment & Staffing Solutions is looking for an Onboarding/Administrative Assistant to help our growing Northern California Multi-Family division with their hiring needs! The Onboarding/Administrative Assistant will help schedule interviews, prepare new hire paperwork, follow up with applicants, and perform various administrative tasks. We are seeking a self-motivated, quick learner with excellent communication and customer service skills. The Onboarding/Administrative Assistant is a long-term temporary position with part-time hours with possibly of growth and permanent hire for the right candidate. Schedule is 2 days a week from 11:00am-3:00pm. Mondays and Wednesdays to start; however, schedule is subject to change and candidates must have weekday flexibility.


Essential Functions & Basic Duties:


  • Audit new hire paperwork
  • Follow up on application process with applicants
  • Assist with following up on timecards weekly
  • Prepare new hire packets
  • Schedule interviews
  • Coordinate materials for job fairs
  • Order office supplies



Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:


  • Self-motivated and independent worker
  • Tech-savvy, quick learner
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Multi-tasker with excellent time management skills
  • Customer Service oriented
  • Critical thinking and problem solving
