Our Home Building Client is seeking an experienced, full-time New Home Sales Consultant to join their successful team!

 

Match your goal to be a top producer with our client’s exceptional team-oriented approach to creating a winning sales environment. This is a full-time position for an experienced Florida Licensed Real Estate Agent. Specializing in on-site sales with single family home builders or condominium developers, the New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible for maintaining their sales office and models and working with customers to nurture relationships with the ultimate goal of processing sale agreements and closing new home sales.

 

Responsibilities
  • Selling new homes to prospective buyers
  • Qualifying prospects
  • Conducting presentations
  • Working with new home buyers throughout and following the home buying process
  • Maintaining/record keeping of customer information
  • Closing new home sales with the final goal of creating a satisfied customer

 

Qualifications
  • Active Florida Real Estate License REQUIRED
  • 5+ years of proven success in New Home Sales
  • Documented examples of prospecting and strong broker relationship
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Computer skills, MS Office and internet use
  • Experience with web based customer management systems
