Our client, a premier new home builder, is seeking a Sales Consultant to join their successful team!

We are assisting them in their search for a talented new home sales consultant – join their team selling beautiful homes in Novato, CA

Pay Rate: $17.50/hr
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE NEW HOME SALES AGENT
- Conducting sales process to meet goals and directives from the builder
- Greeting and qualifying buyers and assisting them in their decision-making process
- Demonstrating model homes including features and benefits
- Providing product and pricing information
- Follow up with qualified buyers
- Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
REQUIREMENTS FOR THE NEW HOME SALES AGENT
- CA Real Estate License absolutely required
- Experience in sales within the new home construction industry
- Tech-savvy & quick to learn computer programs and software
- Sales ability and strong verbal and written communication skills
- Flexible schedule and a “can–do” attitude
- Professional attitude, dress and demeanor
