Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

Opening and closing the models and inventory homes
Qualifying buyers and assisting them in their decision making process
Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits
Providing product and pricing information
Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers

Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:

Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation
Flexible schedule
Relevant experience a plus but not required - Commissioned sales professionals, mortgage and leasing professionals, and those with a new home sales or real estate background are strongly encouraged to apply!
