As a Part-Time, Temporary New Home Sales Assistant, you will be working in the Sales Office, with daily duties including:

• Opening and closing the models and inventory homes
• Providing product and pricing information
• Greeting buyers and assisting them during their visit
• Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers

 

Sales professionals, mortgage and leasing professionals, and those with a new home sales or real estate background are strongly encouraged to apply! Training is provided and there are NO FEES!

 

Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:

• Active Real Estate License
• Or Currently enrolled in Real Estate pre-Licensing course
• Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule

 

Positions with JWilliams Staffing are paid by the hour, Dependent on Experience.
