We are seeking New Home Sales Assistants to work with several premier homebuilders on temporary assignments. Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

• Opening and closing the models and inventory homes
• Qualifying buyers and assisting them in their decision making process
• Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits
• Providing product and pricing information
• Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers

 

Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:

• Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule
• Relevant experience a plus but not required - Sales professionals, mortgage and leasing professionals, and those with a new home sales or real estate background are strongly encouraged to apply!
