General Job Responsibilities:

• Create compelling marketing campaigns that will drive results – brainstorming concepts, determine copy and design strategy
• Coordinate and manage the production of print media for targeting mailings
• Create mini-web pages for real estate sale listings
• Create print brochures/flyers, design and create magazine content, video content, branding ideas for regular media sends
• Organize and schedule real estate photo shoots while maintaining the company photo database
• Attend regular broker preview events / chamber of commerce / visitors bureau
• Website maintenance/updates/design

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years marketing experience, Real Estate industry marketing a plus
• Familiar with YELP, Google Analytics, Google Advertising, Microsoft Publisher, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Must be a strategic thinker, analytical, and creative.
• Must work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member within the team
• Requires ability to determine a detailed outline of all aspects of a project, including all related activities, resources, timelines, and deliverables
• Effectively and professionally interacts with others
• Detail-oriented, highly organized and committed to quality control
• Must have an excellent command of English composition to create content and copy describing a multitude of real estate related offerings
• Familiar with marketing via social media as well as print media
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
