  • Assist with the operation of the office and daily tasks to maintain the success of the team.
  • Check and organize emails and communication, ensuring clients are taken care of.
  • Maintain and follow appropriate checklists pertaining to the listing/sales process.
  • Manage home preparation process, including obtaining estimates and coordinating appropriate vendors.
  • Update tracking report of all listing appointments, listings taken and closed sales.
  • Organizing and attending inspections and appraisals, and solving problems as appropriate/notifying the team leader as necessary of any issues that need involvement.
  • Support and provide guidance to buyer’s agents and others on the team.
  • Hold open houses, show property and show the team leader’s listings as directed or needed.
  • Work with marketing associate on all marketing activities including preparing copy, selecting photos, maintaining website with correct information.
  • Assistance with Broker’s Tours and tasks related to getting new listings on market (MLS).
  • Maintaining and updating CRM.


Minimum Qualifications:
  • California Real Estate License a plus
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strategic thinker, analytical, creative, self-motivated, confident, and energetic.
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized and committed to quality control
  • Must be able to operate under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Must work collaboratively and efficaciously as a team member within the team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
