You will assist the onsite sales team with daily duties, including:
- Opening and closing the models and inventory homes
- Qualifying buyers and assisting them in their decision-making process
- Demonstrating model and inventory homes, including features and benefits
- Providing product and pricing information
- Delivering exceptional customer service to the sales team and prospective buyers
Commissioned sales professionals, leasing professionals, and those with a real estate background are strongly encouraged to apply!
Positions with JWS are paid by the hour, DOE.
Job Requirements:
- Valid Arizona Real Estate License REQUIRED
- Professional attitude, dress, and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Desire to excel in a team oriented environment
- Reliable transportation
