Leasing Consultant

We are looking for qualified individuals with leasing and tax Credit experience to fill MULTIPLE Leasing Consultant assignments throughout Northern California. Our recruiting staff is in hot pursuit of finding the best and brightest talent to share with our property management clients and we want to talk with you!

 

Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

• Greet prospective residents
• Answer calls and inquiries
• Set appointments to visit community
• Present the community through a personalized tour
• Qualifying the prospects
• Closing the sale
• Handling move-ins
• Facilitating resident service requests
• Provide excellent service to prospective and current residents

 

Education, Qualifications, Designations and Required Skills/Experience:

• Customer service experience
• Availability Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
• Effective written and oral communication
• Sales ability and assertiveness
• Must possess a high degree of energy and enthusiasm
• Professional dress and demeanor
