Our client, a premier Property Management Company, is seeking a talented Leasing Consultant to join their team in Brentwood, Los Angeles! This apartment community is looking for an experienced leasing superstar who can hit the ground running at their successful property.

To ensure an excellent fit, this job opportunity is temp-to-hire, with an initial assignment of 4-6 weeks before the potential full-time hire. Tuesday through Saturday from 9am to 6pm. If you have proven experience successfully leasing apartments, apply today for immediate consideration!

 

Responsibilities of the Leasing Consultants:

• Perform activities that lead to achieving occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals
• Generate/qualify leads and lease apartment homes
• Greet prospective & current residents, providing excellent customer service
• Answer calls and inquiries in the leasing office
• Present the apartment community and guide prospects to sign a lease agreement
• Assist residents with service requests and questions, promoting positive resident relations

 

The Ideal Leasing Consultant Will Have:

• 1+ years’ experience as a Leasing Consultant
• Savvy and experienced with CRM; Anyone Home and Yardi
• Strong, proven ability to lease apartments
• Professional demeanor
• Strong written & verbal communication
• Outgoing personality matched with great enthusiasm
• Organized and resourceful nature
• A passion to serve
• Computer savvy
