We are looking for a part-time Junior Recruiter to join our fun, close knit, and growing office in Irvine, CA! JWilliams Staffing’s goal and passion is to help professional new home sales candidates get their foot in the door with our homebuilder clients & to launch their real estate careers. The Jr. Recruiter will be responsible for interviewing and hiring potential candidates for these temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct hire New Home Sales Assistant positions throughout Orange County and San Diego County.

Essential Functions and Basic Duties
  • Coordinate with the Marketing Department on hiring needs and updating ads
  • Source resumes and schedule interviews for New Home Sales Assistant positions
  • Interview potential employees in-person
  • Conduct a brief orientation of new hires as directed by Senior VP
  • Collect and process documents/applications to on-board employees
  • Provide thorough and accurate notes of interviewee’s skills and employment history
  • Collaborate with the Senior VP to provide recommendations for candidates to be submitted for full time positions with real estate clients as needed
  • Implement company culture, values and policies
  • Provide management with requested reports and documents
  • Accurately maintain employee files and records


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years’ experience in a recruitment, personnel management, or other related role
  • Real Estate Industry knowledge highly preferred
  • Real Estate License a plus
  • Strong time-management skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Experience sourcing candidates and reading resumes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Flexible schedule, 25-35 hours per week
  • Reliable transportation & willingness to drive locally (mileage reimbursement provided)
